Paul H. Zimmerman is an independent computer consultant, instructor, and author of Web Page Essentials, Web Page Fundamentals with FrontPage 98, and Web Page Fundamentals with FrontPage 2000 for Prentice Hall Publishing. His company, Computer Concepts, specializes in getting businesses on the Internet. Paul has given presentations on HTML and Windows 95 to several major international corporations. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Paul was a computer programmer for 11 years. He teaches Microsoft FrontPage, Advanced Web Development, Flash and Photoshop at Aquinas College. A Beginner's Guide to HTML is a very good general tutorial on HTML.

A guide to HTML and CGI scripts will blow you away. Mike Smith at the University of Brighton, UK has put together a phenomenal tutorial with samples and exercises. This is a must see if you are at all interested in learning HTML and/or CGI scripts.
